You find it difficult to remember things? Try forgetting... its the hardest.

There are so many cognitive experiments about memory and how to facilitate encoding and recall.... Is there anything tt talks abt how to increase the rate of memory decay?! No right. the only thing i ever remember Winston Goh talking abt forgetting is.. the harder u try, the worse it is... The white bear? Pink elephant?!

Are happy things or unhappy things easier to forget? Hmmm... Lets email CFK and ask him. haha. He might think i'm a smartie and take me for my thesis! *laughs*
